Persuasive Text

Why We Should be able to listen to music during class time.
Does music help people learn or distract them? Does it depend on the music? Or the person.

I honestly and strongly believe that our class should be able to complete work whilst listening to music,I am sure many of my other classmates agree.

To start things of why are we not able to listen to music?  I get the fact that some people will mess around with the music but what about the others, I think that more than half the class are capable of completing their work with music. I have found out that listening to music can help people learn, by listening to music you are able to learn and memorise information from class better and easier than you are without it and I think that it will most likely benefit us and our capability to learn in and out of the classroom.

Moreover I do think that there are some types of students who are not capable or will muck around with the music that they are listening to. But then there are also many others who are eager and able to be trusted with the privilege of listening to music. I think that those are the type of students who will show integrity and responsibility while listening to music during class time and those are the people who should have the privilege of music.

So therefore I strongly believe that the class should be able to listen to music while we complete our work and I think that it will benefit us in many ways.
